Join our Zumba Certified instructor Anna Avdeeva in this Latin-inspired, dance-fitness class that incorporates Latin and International music and dance movements, creating a dynamic, exciting, exhilerating and effective fitness workout.

 

It's a blast!  This class is "exercise in disguise".  Participants have a blast and don't even realize they're exercising.

 

It's different!  The music, the steps, the moves, the class, the energy...nothing compares to a Zumba Fitness party!

 

It's easy!  Zumba is designed for everyone.  People of any fitness level, from any background, and of any age can start the program right away.

 

It's effective!  A cardio-based workout with components of resistence/sculpting training to tone the entire body and achieve any desired fitness goals.

 

Zumba Class meets Mondays from 8:00 - 9:00 pm

                               Thursdays from 7:30 - 8:30 pm

Join our instructor Kerry Madden for some strength training from the core to the floor!

 

Utilizing the TRX Suspension Trainer, you'll use your body weight to progress through exercises that build your core strength, tone your muscles, and improve your balance.  We'll finish our challenging yet personalized workout with a time of guided relaxation and stretching that will leave you feeling absolutely blissful!

 

Beginners and TRXperts welcome!

TRX + Bliss:  Wednesdays at 6:30 - 7:30 pm

Basic and Multilevel TriYoga

New to Swymfit is instructor Kyoko Loverin who will guide you through your Yoga practice.  All of the classes are 75 minutes in length and consist of yoga flow, deep relaxation, and breathing practice.

 

Basic classes provide a gentle, slow-paced, restorative class.  Focus is placed on moving with the breath, learning the wavelike motions of the spine, and core strengthening.

 

Multilevel classes flow from TriLevel Basics through Level 2.  Modifications will be given to make the poses easier or more challenging as needed. 

 

Kyoko is committed to helping those who come to the class with various challenges and obstacles.  She enjoys sharing her love of yoga with students as well as being inspired by them!l

 

TriYoga Basic meets Wednesdays at 10:15 am

TriYoga Multilevel meets Tuesdays and Wednesdays

at 7:30 pm

 

Kyoko is RYT Certified in Basics through Level 2 by TriYoga
