SMALL GROUPS - BIG RESULTS

       Swymfit 360 small group instruction is an
       alternative to one-on-one training. Small group
       training offers the benefits of working with a
       personal trainer at a fraction of the cost of the
       private rate.  Join Curtis Schulz, and experience
       the Swymfit difference with small group
       training sessions.




Whether your goal is to lose body fat, improve
general fitness conditioning, or train for higher level athletics, the added motivation of having others working in the same room and pool with you will push you to a new effort level.  Train with friends, family, or co-workers!

 

You will receive accountability, motivation, support, expereince and expert guidance to reach your fitness goals at a great rate!

SWYMFIT 360 Series

YOU PICK YOUR WORKOUT LANE!

Swymfit 360 small group training sessions are 1 hour in length. Custom designed water and land workouts are tailored to each small group.  Experience the best of both worlds--start off the first half of the class on the land then move to the water to finish your training.  You will get your heart rate up, burn tons of calories and meet your strength training needs all in a 60-minute workout!

     Lane 1-TRX-Fit

·      TRX-Fit is 6 weeks of progressive workouts designed to deliver maximum results.  Even if you have taken TRX you are going to love the new and challenging exercises that combine TRX and deep-water exercises. Utilizing one's own body weight, our trainers will challenge the group through a series of exercises that build strength, endurance, balance, coordination, flexibility, power and core stability. TRX combined with deep-water exercise engages your core on every exercise in addition to providing cardio in every workout.

·      Each TRX-Fit Lane 1 session is scheduled for a particular day and time over 6-weeks.

      (6 sessions!)

 

     

     Lane 2 and 3 Swymfit 360 Small Group Training

 

      You choose your workout lane for 2 times or 3 times per week.

·       Each exercise routine will have a beginner and intermediate option so you can make the most out of your workout, no matter your fitness level.

·      You will do a variety of functional movements in the water and on the land that will push your overall fitness to the next level and make you feel great!.


·      Land and water routines are joint friendly and move your body through all planes of motion, which will increase your energy, help you move with confidence, and improve your general health and fitness.

 

·      Each Swymfit 360 Lane 2 session is scheduled for 2 particular days and time over 6-weeks.

      (12 sessions!)

·      Each Swymfit 360 Lane 3 sessionis scheduled for 3 particular days and time over 6-weeks.

      (18 sessions!)

·   Payment is due at the time of Registration to reserve your space.

·   Canceled sessions are not rescheduled or refunded.
