Christopher began swimming competitively at age 6 and has never looked back. He swam with the Bromfield Varsity Swim Team, and raced at the State and National levels regularly. He has learned the Swymfit swimming methodology under the close tutelage of Curtis Schulz, and is excited to be teaching the next generation of swimmers. When not in the pool, Christopher rows with the Holly Cross Rowing Team, and competes in triathlons.
Elena has been a competitive swimmer since she was in the second grade. Elena was previously a swim instructor at another local club until her daughter was born in 2006. In 2007 she became an instructor at Swymfit. She has taught swim lessons and has been an assistant swim team coach. Elena is fluent in both Russian and English and is able to teach lessons in both languages.
Kristine has been teaching swimming lessons since 1996, and has been an instructor here at Swymfit since 2008. Her bubbly personality makes her lesson style fun and productive.
She has a Bachelor's degree in special education and worked in both public and private education for 11 years. Kristine also has a certificate in American Sign Language-deaf studies and taught ASL to kids and staff at the Cotting School. Kristine and her husband have two young children.
Heather was captain of both her high school and college swim and dive teams, and has experience instructing swimmers of all levels. She has worked as an Aquatics Director and as Head Coach of a youth swim team, and for the past three years she has served as an Assistant Coach for the Central Catholic High School boys and girls swim teams. Heather likes to help swimmers of all levels reach their potential and have fun along the way!
Curtis began teaching swimming lessons as a youth. He became certified and has taught swimming lessons professionally since 2000. He has competed in swim meets, but finds more joy in successfully teaching a child how to float for the first time.
Curtis also teaches Swymfit Deep Water classes and is a certified TRX instructor as well as being certified in the Burdenko Method. To go along with his swimming endeavors, Curtis enjoys both playing and coaching basketball and soccer. Curtis and his wife welcomed their second child in 2018.
